Coverage
Scope
This policy applies to the gpumini.com content site, forms on contact pages used to organize inquiries, and necessary interactions related to GPUMini cloud Mac services. These interactions include account creation and verification, order confirmation, delivery of dedicated physical nodes, instance management, billing reconciliation, ticket communications, and security-incident investigation.
The content site primarily provides plan details, node information, connection methods, support documentation, and legal information. Browsing this public content generally does not require an account, but servers may still record necessary access logs for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. After users enter the console, account, order, instance, and support records are processed as needed to deliver the service.
This policy does not change your responsibility for controlling project code, build artifacts, repository credentials, or files you upload yourself. Manage access according to your team’s rules, and complete any necessary data migration and independent backups before your rental period ends.
Information categories
Information We Collect
GPUMini processes information only as needed to provide, protect, and improve its services. The specific fields depend on whether you only browse public pages, prepare an inquiry email, create an account, place an order, or request technical support.
- Account and contact information
- This may include your name or preferred form of address, email address, verification status, account security settings, and any team or business context you choose to provide. We do not ask you to submit your account password in public contact content.
- Order-related information
- This may include the selected GPUMini M4 Core or GPUMini M4 Plus, rental period, node, storage or Thunderbolt 5 add-ons, order status, payment reference, and reconciliation results.
- Device and log information
- This may include access time, browser and device type, network address, security-event identifiers, request results, instance status changes, and necessary technical logs generated to diagnose connection or build issues.
- Support communications
- This may include ticket subjects, issue descriptions, occurrence times, node, reproduction steps, error messages, troubleshooting actions already taken, and log excerpts you voluntarily submit after removing sensitive data.
- Content you submit voluntarily
- This may include workload details, concurrent build requirements, target access region, memory and storage requirements, business purchasing context, and service-review materials. Do not submit confidential content unrelated to your issue.
GPUMini does not ask for information unrelated to cloud Mac rental to build advertising profiles, nor does it request secrets through public pages that could directly control your node.
Processing basis
Purpose of Use
Information processing is tied to verifiable service activities. Each use must support account security, order fulfillment, node delivery, issue resolution, or legal obligations, rather than expanding indefinitely beyond the service purpose.
- Service delivery Link accounts to orders, confirm the selected configuration, rental period, and node, and initialize and manage dedicated physical Mac nodes.
- Identity and security verification Send verification codes, detect unusual sign-ins, limit automated abuse, and verify the requester’s relationship to the account before handling sensitive requests.
- Troubleshooting Use connection times, nodes, error messages, and redacted logs to identify failures involving the network, credentials, disk space, or build process.
- Billing support Confirm order amounts, payment results, rental periods, and add-ons; resolve reconciliation discrepancies; and retain necessary financial references.
- Service improvement Aggregate connection quality, page usage, common tickets, and operational events to improve node-selection guidance, delivery checks, and support documentation.
- Legal obligations Retain necessary records where required, respond to lawful requests, handle risk events, and maintain the chain of evidence needed for audits and compliance.
When processing is no longer relevant to these purposes and there is no business, security, or legal basis to retain it, we will delete, de-identify, or stop using the relevant information.
Settlement boundaries
Payment Data
GPUMini supports USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, and Amex via Stripe. All payments are settled in U.S. dollars (USD). The available gateways shown at checkout are determined by the results returned by the backend.
Payment processing and service records are handled separately
Complete card payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment process. GPUMini retains only the references needed to complete orders, confirm payments, reconcile transactions, process refunds, and perform risk checks.
If a payment discrepancy occurs, we may ask for your order number, payment time, and necessary information proving the transaction status. Submit it through a console ticket or to support@gpumini.com. Do not send complete card details or your account password.
Browser data
Cookies & Analytics
The site may use necessary cookies or equivalent local storage to maintain sign-in status, save security-check results, remember language or interface preferences, and prevent duplicate or unusual requests. These mechanisms support the basic operation of the site and console.
| Category | Primary purpose | Your controls |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary cookies | Sign-in sessions, security verification, request integrity, and account protection | Can be cleared in your browser, but disabling them may prevent some account features from working properly |
| Preferences | Remember language, display, and interaction preferences to reduce repeated choices | Reset through page settings or by clearing the site’s browser data |
| Aggregated visit analytics | Measure page visits, entry points, and feature-use trends to find errors and improve content | Related storage can be limited using the privacy controls provided by your browser |
Aggregated analytics help us understand overall site performance and are not used to build cross-site advertising profiles unrelated to cloud Mac services. Security logs and necessary session records may still be generated for service security even without cookies.
Controlled disclosure
Data Sharing
GPUMini does not sell user information. Restricted information is shared with service providers responsible for relevant processing only when necessary to provide infrastructure, payment, communications, security, and compliance support.
-
Infrastructure and node services Used to host the site, deliver dedicated physical cloud Mac nodes, record service status, and maintain network availability.
-
Payment and reconciliation Used to settle payments in U.S. dollars, confirm payment results, handle disputes, and meet necessary financial recordkeeping requirements.
-
Communications and identity verification Used to send account verification codes, service notices, and ticket replies, with only the information needed to complete the communication.
-
Security and compliance support Used to detect abuse, investigate security incidents, maintain audit records, and respond to requests with a valid legal basis.
Service providers may process information only for the agreed purposes and within the necessary scope, using confidentiality, security, and access controls appropriate to their tasks. If disclosure is legally required, we will review the request’s scope and limit the disclosure where permitted.
Lifecycle
Retention & Security
Retention periods depend on the purpose of each type of information. Account and order records are generally retained while the service relationship continues; billing references are retained as needed for reconciliation and legal requirements; security logs are retained for a limited period based on risk investigations and abuse prevention; and inquiry and ticket content enters deletion or de-identification after issue resolution, review, and necessary audits are complete.
Access controls
Access is assigned by role and task to reduce unnecessary exposure of account, order, log, and support content.
Log review
Key account and service operations are recorded to detect unusual access, review sensitive changes, and investigate security incidents.
Transmission protection
Encrypted connections and integrity checks are used when information is transmitted between the site, console, and related service processes.
No technical measure can eliminate every risk. GPUMini configures safeguards based on data sensitivity, processing context, and foreseeable risks, and continually reviews permissions, logs, and service processes. You should also protect your email and console credentials, avoid saving sign-in information on public devices, and keep independent backups of projects and important data.
Request process
User Rights & Contact
To the extent allowed by applicable rules, you may request access to information about you, receive necessary explanations, correct inaccurate content, delete information that is no longer needed, or restrict specific processing. You may also ask about the source, purpose, retention scope, and sharing category of particular information.
Describe your request
Provide your account email, relevant order number, or ticket number, and specify the information you want to access, correct, delete, or restrict.
Verify your identity
To avoid disclosing account records to unrelated parties, we may verify your identity through your account email, console session, or order-related information.
Assess and act
We will compare the request with existing records, process it within the applicable scope, and explain what must be retained for security, billing, or legal reasons.
Requests involving accounts, instances, orders, or billing should preferably be submitted through a console ticket. General privacy inquiries may also be sent to support@gpumini.com. Do not include account passwords, complete payment credentials, or unredacted project secrets in the email subject or body.
Processing location
Cross-Region Processing
GPUMini’s content site, account processes, payment, communications, security support, and cloud Mac node services may involve data processing in different regions. The processing location may depend on the node you select, the infrastructure location of service providers, the collaboration needed to handle a support request, and security or compliance requirements.
When processing occurs across regions, we limit the data to what the purpose requires and apply appropriate safeguards through contractual controls, access permissions, transmission protection, log reviews, and necessary risk assessments. The node location does not mean that all account, payment, or support information is processed in the same place.
Choose a node based on your project requirements and confirm your internal rules for managing code, build artifacts, logs, and backups. For an enterprise service review, submit the required assessment scope to support@gpumini.com.
Version management
Policy Updates
We may update this policy when service processes, data categories, security measures, or applicable requirements change. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site, in console notices, or through an appropriate message to your account contact email, and the effective-date information on this page will be updated.
This page currently records the initial release, and no earlier version history is available. When historical versions are created, this section will provide records for verification. If you need to retain the current version or ask about changes, contact support@gpumini.com.
This policy and related data-processing matters are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is established. Any dispute arising from this policy that cannot be resolved through communication will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
